Students who have not booked in 2023/24 but make a summer let booking of 7-weeks to arrive early for their 44 or 51-weeks booking in 2024/25 can have one week free rent between 31/08/24 to 06/09/24.
Summer lets, extensions or early arrivals less than 7 weeks do not qualify
