Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, it’s £250 deposit that’s refundable at the end of your stay.  Your deposit is logged with the Deposit Protection Scheme until the end of the year. When you move out they process the return of this money.

How do I pay?

To make life easy, you choose. Make one payment upfront and get it out of the way, or pay in three instalments which we’ll arrange to tie in with when your student loan arrives.

 

If you’re an international student, you’ll need to pay the full year if you do not have a UK-based guarantor. (If you do, you can pay in three instalments.)

Will I get my full deposit back?

We’ll deduct money from your deposit to cover the cost of damage repair, cleaning requirements or arrears on your rent. Read more about DPS on our blog here. Please remember to return your check-in forms (including inventory) to reception within 48 hours of checking in.

What happens if I can’t make a payment?

The first thing is, don’t panic! Get in touch with your Property Manager as soon as possible and explain what’s going on. We’ll do our best to help.
