If you’ve agreed to act as guarantor, you have joint financial responsibility for the tenancy. That means you agree to pay rent if the tenant can’t. Please read the guarantor section of the tenancy agreement carefully before signing to ensure you’re aware of all the responsibilities.

We’re here to support with any issues. That could be a maintenance issue, something about their tenancy, or just having a chat. We’ve got it all covered. Getting locked out isn’t a problem as our Resident Co-Ordinators are on hand for out of hours support. All our Property Managers are also Mental Health First Aid trained and can signpost residents to University and local services, should they ever need such support.
