How do I report a maintenance issue?

The best way to let us know something needs fixing or you have a maintenance requirement is to report this in our resident portal (selecting the hammer & spanner symbol!).

Simply select ‘Log Maintenance Issue’ choose the appropriate ‘Repair Location’ and ‘Repair Type’ and add your explanation.

You can even let us know if you would like to be in your room when we come to resolve the problem or if you are happy to let us do this whilst you are out.

The system will provide you with updates to let you know the progress being made and when the issue is fixed.
