We are, without a doubt, the best accommodation for students in Newcastle. We’re only a few minutes walk to Northumbria University City Campus East, and about 15 mins to Newcastle University. The city centre is a short walk and the area we’re in has so much to offer too, we’re especially loving the new coffee shop – The Garage.
With a washer/dryer and dishwasher in each cluster flat our students will save time and money, no more laundry rooms! We have an on-site gym, awesome games space with Foosball and Table Tennis, plus common areas including study space. Our common area has an 80” TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, BT Sports and Now TV included. Relax in our private suntrap courtyard on a deckchair or have a BBQ. With us all utility bills are included, WiFi and broadband is up to 100MB and above all else, our experience is one not to be missed. From our awesome site teams to the vibrant community, we have an incredible group of people who choose to call us home.

Tenancy Start Date
44 weeks 14th Sept 2019 – 17th Jul 2020
50 weeks 14th Sept 2019 – 28th Aug 2020
51 weeks 14th Sept 2019 – 4th Sep 2020
Payment can be made using one of the following options:
1) A single payment in advance.
2) Three termly payments.
Following a successful application all we require is your deposit payment of £250 to secure your room. This deposit is subject to the cancellation policy; see below.
Please note that payment of the deposit is a term of the tenancy agreement. The deposit will be returned at the end of the tenancy less any deductions for breakages, damages or losses by the tenant.
Prices and Booking Information
Termly payment plans are only available to those with a UK based guarantor. If no UK based guarantor is provided, the prospective tenant will be required to pay annually before the Tenancy starts.
1. Unless the Tenancy Agreement has already commenced you may cancel your Tenancy Agreement (by giving us written notice of cancellation) at any time during the period ending on the date 14 days after the date we confirm your booking is complete (the “Initial Cancellation Period”). If you cancel the Tenancy Agreement in these circumstances we will make no charge and will return to you your Security deposit in full.
2. Outside the Initial Cancellation Period, you will remain liable for the full contractual rent until a replacement tenant is found for your Room. If a replacement tenant is found for your Room, we will release you from your Tenancy Agreement with effect from the start date of the new tenancy agreement.
