Meadow Court - Edinburgh

Welcome to Meadow Court, Edinburgh. Come on in!

Where you want to be

Excited about Edinburgh? Us too! Meadow Court is based in the perfect place, of course. Sciennes is just a 5 minute walk from George Square - the heart of The University of Edinburgh’s Central Campus. King’s Buildings are just a 30 minute walk away, or take the free shuttle bus if you’re in a rush. Just over a mile from Edinburgh Waverley train station and a mile and a half from Princes Street, it’s really easy to make the most of all this incredible city has to offer off campus too.

Find the space for you

Some people like a small group, others want to be in a bustling house share. Meadow Court offers flats and townhouses for 3 - 6 people. Flats are all over two levels and townhouses have a more traditional house style and layout. Whichever you go for, you’ll get a comfy bed, study area, superfast broadband, and use of all the incredible facilities on-site. (more on that later.) Every flat also comes with shared bathroom and shared kitchen - with dishwasher, huge fridge/freezer, and plenty of space to relax with your roommates. As well as a washer/dryer so you won’t be lugging laundry around.

Meet the neighbours

BBQ on the Meadows Park (right next door), The Rose Street Challenge, Edinburgh Fringe Festival …Edinburgh has endless ways to entertain you. But it’s not only the city that has a lot to offer. Want space to study? Step out of your room into our Study Spaces for a change of scene. Inviting friends over? Get together in the Common Room, or the private Outdoor Courtyard just beyond its bifold doors. Like to entertain? There’s room for everyone in our large Private Dining Kitchen. So you’ve just the place for a get-together, party, or even a ‘Come Dine With Me’ night. (It’s a ‘10’ from us.)

Be part of the Meadow Court community

No utility or broadband bills to think about. Room for studying and socialising. Secure fob entry, CCTV and someone on-site 24/7. (as well as putting your parents’ minds at rest, they can let you in at 3am when you’ve forgotten your keys.) The right accommodation, in the right place, at the right price. Life at Meadow Court is designed to make things easy. Leaving you to get on with the important stuff - making the friends and the memories that’ll be with you way after you’ve graduated. So if you want be part of the it, join us.

Unless the Tenancy Agreement has already commenced you may cancel your Tenancy Agreement (by giving us written notice of cancellation) at any time during the period ending on the date 14 days after the date we confirm your booking is complete (the “Initial Cancellation Period”). If you cancel the Tenancy Agreement in these circumstances we will make no charge and will return to you your Security deposit in full.

2. Outside the Initial Cancellation Period, you will remain liable for the full contractual rent and instalment charge (if relevant) until a replacement tenant is found for your Room.
